Overview

Real estate partner guiding complex transactions from contract to closing.

John S. Lego is a Partner at Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP whose practice focuses on real estate transactions.

John’s work spans commercial and residential acquisitions and sales, commercial mortgage refinancing, and retail and office leasing. He represents a broad range of clients, from institutional lenders and developers to individual buyers and sellers. He brings the same level of rigor and attention to detail to cases of every size.

John works closely with clients through each phase of a transaction, from initial agreement through closing. He understands how real estate deals evolve as details accumulate and conditions change. He pays close attention to the transaction in an effort to prevent misunderstandings and unnecessary adversarial posturing in what should be a mutually beneficial transaction. John will take the time to explain complicated legal nuances to his clients to avoid unnecessary negotiations and to keep matters moving forward toward a successful closing in compliance with government regulations and applicable law.
