Overview

White-collar defense counsel focused on high-stakes government scrutiny.

Tama Kudman is a Partner at Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP and Chair of the firm’s Government Enforcement and White-Collar Defense Group.

Tama focuses on high-stakes matters involving government investigations, criminal and civil enforcement, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance. In these situations, reputational risk and operational stability are often just as critical as legal exposure.

Clients rely on Tama’s guidance to defuse high-stakes scenarios and navigate intense government scrutiny. She has represented executives, lawyers, sports figures, reputed organized crime figures, politicians, religious clergy, and more.

Although she has a track record of securing successful defenses at trial, Tama is particularly known for her ability to resolve issues before charges are ever even brought. Her rigorous investigation into each case allows her to produce winning, microscopically detailed presentations that defuse allegations and lay bare contradictions.
