Joseph Mannarino is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Transactions Department at Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP.

Joseph advises business owners, investors, and real estate principals in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, financings, and complex ownership and restructuring matters. He regularly manages transactions from letter of intent through closing and is trusted to navigate structuring, diligence, negotiation, and execution across multi-party deals. Clients value his ability to synthesize legal, tax, and commercial considerations into clear strategic guidance. 

Joseph is known for his ability to make complex legal and transactional concepts intelligible in real time. A lifelong Queens resident, Joseph lives in Bayside with his wife Brigid, their daughter, and two cats. Before entering the legal profession, he was a high school mathematics teacher in Middle Village, New York.
