Robert Gordon is an Associate Attorney at Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP and a criminal defense attorney with extensive experience handling cases in Palm Beach County state and federal court. 

Robert represents clients facing serious criminal charges, often at moments when liberty and reputation are at immediate risk.

Before joining the firm, Robert spent more than five years at the Public Defender’s Office handling felony cases and serious crimes, including those punishable by life imprisonment. He is experienced in trying cases before a jury, has advocated for juveniles in delinquency proceedings, and helped clients navigate mental health court. This experience has shaped his approach, leading to a practice grounded in rigorous preparation and an unyielding focus on protecting the rights of the accused. Robert is a firm believer in client-centric advocacy.

Robert conducts thorough pretrial investigations and litigates motions with precision. Clients rely on him to test the government’s case, challenge allegations, and stand between them and the blunt force of the criminal justice system at every stage of a prosecution. His commitment to criminal defense extends beyond casework through leadership roles in professional organizations dedicated to the fair administration of justice.
